The Miami pendant and wall sconce collection is an innovative modern interpretation of the classic art deco curves and sleek outlines of South Beach Miami. Martin has re-imagined the enduring modernist appeal of this famous architecture, and designed a contemporary deco statement light, with curving cubist panels of illuminated alabaster and gleaming lacquer.
The success of the Miami collection lies in Martin's simplified, minimal approach to the design, combined with his choice of extravagantly rich materials and finishes. Beautiful wings of pale alabaster are offset by sleek lacquered panels in a cubist paradise of angles, contours and changing perspective.
The Miami wall sconce and pendant light are available with 3 choices of lacquered curved panels, in cafe, russet and white. The black central core of the light supports the illuminated alabaster and lacquered panels.
High gloss lacquer finishes contrast with the natural texture of beautifully patterned alabaster, presenting a fragmented architecture of beautiful angles and perspective.
