Edge is a luxury handmade wall sconce, adding sculptural depth, texture and warmth to interiors. An exciting juxtaposition of hand formed luxury materials combine in this dynamic new wall light.
Two individually cast bronze pieces provide the richly textured geometric frame for the centrepiece ridge of smoothly honed alabaster. Martin sculpts the bronze Edge pieces in plaster before casting, allowing him to create a dense surface of subtle shape and movement.
Martin's design explores the contrasting energies and textures of the materials, the bronze forming a uniquely marked frame around the cool smoothness of the alabaster. The sculptural qualities of the Edge add a dynamic sense of movement and excitement to an interior.
Each wall light is hand made to order at our Sussex Studio.
The Edge wall light is available in antique gold, light bronze and dark bronze.
